We felt it was important to separate the urgent need to organize the management of assets, and relationships with allied groups, from the process of community building, which requires calm and a willingness to learn from mistakes.

We established a rough timetable for the formal structure’s activities:

By the end of 2023, register an ordinary association consisting of Kanako, Matthew, and Petros, on the basis of bylaws and assumptions for activities discussed in a wider group.

By the end of 2024, gradually expand the association with member individuals previously functioning within the community.

After reaching the number of 8-10 members (ideally by the end of 2024), audit the existing activities and transform into a registered association to undertake new forms of activities (paid public benefit activities, business activities). Then, introduce at least a six-month moratorium on admitting new members.

By the end of 2025, audit the existing activities and decide on the further direction of activities.

Ludka and Waćpan – you are also invited to join the formal structure. The invitation is open indefinitely.

Regardless, the activities and decisions of the association (except for security-sensitive topics) will be discussed and presented publicly, within the community.

The process of building the community and common ideological paradigm will take place in a gradually expanding circle, according to its own dynamics.
